RESIDENTS from West Malvern will be able to find out about plans for the future of the village pub at the annual parish meeting next week.
Last month, more than 140 people crammed into the village hall for a special public meeting about the Brewers Arms, called by West Malvern Parish Council.
Members of the public voted overwhelmingly in favour of pressing forward with plans for a community buy-out for the pub, at Lower Dingle.
The meeting follows the announcement by tenants Shane Hobson and Karen Longdon that they were leaving the pub.
Admiral Taverns, which owns the brewers, says it it trying to find a new tenant for the Brewers, which is not currently up for sale.
The meeting is on Monday, May 9, at 7.45pm. in the village hall, West Malvern Road.
It will also include a demonstration by Rob Underwood from the Saving Hearts Foundation on how to use the newly-installed defibrillator at the hall.
