WELL, the harps certainly took centre stage on Saturday and we were so delighted at the many visitors who came to our event. It really was a treat to have the beautiful instrument on display and to see and hear all our visitors enjoying it. I really didn’t realise how petite and beautiful a harp could be. And, the visitors came from far and wide, from Warwick, from the Cotswolds and from Rugby to name but a few. Thank you to everyone for showing their support and we hope you enjoyed the day. Our next big day is on Sunday 9 October when we hold our Harvest Festival and invite you to bring “gifts” for the Malvern Food Bank, an organisation close to our hearts and who we have been supporting since it first began. Canon Harold Goddard will preside and we will give thanks for all the good things around us. But, before then, on Sunday, October 2 we have our Family Service at 11am. Meanwhile our Book Fairs continue each Saturday from 10am until 12noon when you will be most welcome to join us for a browse and refreshments and even start thinking of gifts for Christmas ! Please check out our calendar of events on our web site www.christchurch-malvern.org.uk so you don’t miss anything
