Police have set out to tackle speeding hotspots in and around Malvern.
The Malvern, Upton and Tenbury Wells Safer Neighbourhood Teams caught seven speeding drivers as they carried out a day of traffic stops and speed enforcement.
With the assistance of a police motorbike team, officers spoke to drivers in the layby on the A449 at Bastonford on Tuesday, March 28.
Smaller teams were also deployed to various speeding hotspots around the area,
Operation Close Pass checks were also carried out on bicycles around Malvern and Welland.
All in all, seven tickets were issued for speeding, with two others handed out for other reasons.
Meanwhile, four drivers were ordered to remove window tints that were too dark.
Several other vehicles were stopped and had their documentation checked before, in some cases, being given advice.
