A much loved theatre festival is set to return to Malvern this November.

FEAST, presented by Reaction Theatre Makers, will be showcased in the town for its seventh consecutive year.

From November 6 to 12, the festival plans to inhabit the Malvern Cube Community and Arts Centre, with events also planned in various town venues, stretching to OCC (Old Con Club), Elmslie House, and Priory Park.

The organisers maintain a varied schedule with award winning theatre, comedy, dance, cabaret, workshops and family experiences on the bill offering something for everyone.

FEAST has evolved into a vibrant haven of amusing, educative, and interactive pursuits where people can amass knowledge, be entertained, and exchange ideas.

It merges community spirit with the aura of recognized national artists, enhancing Malvern's creative landscape.

Performer, writer and activist Chris Thorpe, who hosted last year's 'FEAST of Thought' event, said: "there's a genuine sense of engaging with all sections of the community across all age ranges."

This year's edition of the event will hosted by award-winning comedian Lucy Hopkins, who will welcome the audience of 50 for a three course meal prepared by Malvern Green Space from food that would have gone to waste.

The notable line-up also includes artists Sam Ward, Jo Fong/Rachel Freeman, Harriet Dyer, Rosa Faye Garland, Aby Watson, Tammy Reynolds, Abby Watson, Strange Futures, Lewis Holt, Enter Edem, Adam Blake, Emma Bourke and Ildikó Rippel.

An excited spectator glowingly endorsed the event, saying: "It's like going to Edinburgh Fringe without having to travel!"

Beyond ticketed events, FEAST also offers free workshops for all and opens up their festival programme and tickets on www.feasttheatrefestival.com as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
