A McFly rocker's acclaimed Christmas production is set to visit Malvern this festive season.

Malvern Theatres is set to host a unique show based on the popular series, 'Who's in Your Book?', an adaptation of Tom Fletcher's bestselling picture book 'There's a Monster in Your Show'.

The high-energy adventure, which has transitioned from page to stage since its premiere in October this year, is full of audience interaction and original music written by the McFly guitarist.

The 50-minute show features a group of performers who quickly realise they're not alone on stage, as the inquisitive Little Monster, along with his eclectic team of friends, Dragon, Alien and Unicorn, cause chaos.

Mr Fletcher said: "It’s been an amazing experience to see 'There's a Monster In Your Book,' come to life on stage and to get to meet the characters that I invented in my head.

"And it’s been incredible to be a part of developing the show and combining my love of writing books and stories with writing some of the songs for the production.

The show, adapted for the stage by Zoe Bourn, is presented by MEI Theatrical, known for their adaptations of family favourites such as Twirlywoos Live, Sarah & Duck, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show.

The cast features actor-puppeteers: Charlie Daniels, Josh Macrow, Ben Murrell, Ashton Owen, and Gil Sidaway.

The show will run at Malvern Theatres from Saturday, December 2 to Wednesday, December 6.
